METHOD OF USE: Dissolve by shaking 5 g (1 tsp) of the product in a drinking bottle with 250 ml of water. On training days: one portion of 5 g about 30 min. before training and 5 g after training. On non-training days: one portion of 5 g about 30 min. before the meal.
